Route Three - Supported Internship - Year 14

Redwood Supported Internship is designed to enable young people to achieve sustainable paid or voluntary employment by equipping them with the skills they need for the workplace. The Supported Internship is a programme of study based primarily at an employer’s workplace. The structured study programme includes on the job training supported by professional job coaches. Students engage in 4 days of work and one day planning social activities.
